Only brought for the vanilla slice but they all look good very happy with it

I’m making my way through Main Meals on a Budget and I’m so glad I bought it. Everything so far is delicious. I started with the Veggie Stock paste which is by far the tastiest stock paste ever (so much umami). My favourites so far are Mushroom Bourguignon with Potato Mash, Oven-Baked Tuscan Mushroom Risotto and Roasted Pumpkin Risotto. I can’t wait to try out the other recipes!

Chose this because it has some old fashioned favourites and it didn’t disappoint, the lemon curd muffins are terrific!

This is a staple in our house for our summer salads. Always in the fridge. Pair well with anything. Or just on their own. Can’t rave about this cookbook enough 🩷

I have just received this book and made the Pasta Bake and MY GOSH it’s the most delicious pasta bake I have ever had, the flavours are just amazing so I now look forward to trying all the other recipes of this book. 10/10
