My first ThermoBexta cook book and I am so glad I found them. We have made the lentil bolognaise, vege lasagne and the zucchini slice. Making the barley risotto tonight and it's smelling delicious. Huge hit in this family. Now to decide which book to try next. Thanks for vegetarian options for the thermo. Note: we aren't vegetarians but were looking for some delicious meat free recipes.
