I have only made a couple o soups so far, and they were good. Im going to go through each ine eventually.

So far I have made the cauliflower cheese soup which was amazing! The next week made the creamy vegetable soup, my fav! The croutons are great, easy peasy and delicious. So far, the recipes have been a hit in our house. Once you have the stock made, it's too easy!! I was doubtful about adding the "nori" as i dont like it, but you can't taste it, it just blends in to make a flavoursome stock. Looking forward to a cook up this weekend, there are so many soups I
want to try! This is one of my fav cookbooks

The Super Soups recipe book has lots of amazing recipes that look tasty, healthy and easy to make. The biggest question is where to start.

Love these soups, they are hearty, full of goodness and so easy to prepare.

What a great book one of my favorite things to make is soup have only made 3 recipes so far but have totally enjoyed all of them and looking forward to trying more.

This book is fast becoming one of my favourites. Very happy with it.

Started with the Tomato and Basil soup...yummo! Served with warm turkish bread on a chilly winter evening.

Bec’s new recipe book is excellent. Unlike quite a few cookbooks I own, I’m determined to try 90% of the recipes- I really love making food that is interesting, tasty, nutritious and, if possible, low in ”bad” fats. I love all the “make it vegan” suggestions- and I’ve always found Bec’s recipes are extremely reliable: they taste and look just as I hoped. I always get a bit of a buzz when a new Thermobexta book comes out - Super Soups is a great purchase!

Easy, tasty and consistently good. This is a great book. If you enjoy soup, it’s definitely worth adding to your collection.

My favourites so far are the pumpkin soup and the roasted red capsicum. They are easy to make and so flavoursome. We love discovering leftovers in our freezer! Super Soups has some pretty amazing recipes that are tasty amd healthy.

Everything I have made out of this book has been easy and delicious!

First things I made were the veggie stock & umami seasoning. Adds an extra bit of pizazz!!!!!!
Each soup I've made so far has been souper easy & souper tasty. I'd thoroughly recommend investing in it!
