THERMOBEXTA recipes are so good and delicious. You just know the recipe is going to be a hit with everyone!

Have made the lemon curd cupcakes and the orange and poppy seed cakes so far from the book and both were quick and easy. I look forward to baking others from the book.

Yet to try but the recipes look very good!

All salads look so delicious - it's hard to know where to start cooking!

I’ve cooked several of the recipes now, including the lime and raspberry cheesecake and the finger buns. They’ve all turned out beautifully, very happy with the cookbook.

The recipes are easy, moreish and great for this hot summer weather.

Only brought for the vanilla slice but they all look good very happy with it

I’m making my way through Main Meals on a Budget and I’m so glad I bought it. Everything so far is delicious. I started with the Veggie Stock paste which is by far the tastiest stock paste ever (so much umami). My favourites so far are Mushroom Bourguignon with Potato Mash, Oven-Baked Tuscan Mushroom Risotto and Roasted Pumpkin Risotto. I can’t wait to try out the other recipes!
