Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Complimentary eBooks must not have been downloaded or accessed.

To request a return or exchange, please email admin@thermobexta.com.au. Return postage and the shipping cost of replacement items are the buyer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective or incorrect.

We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, eBooks, or hard copy cookbooks where the complimentary eBook has been downloaded or accessed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
