Shipping policy

 DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • ORDERS UP TO $150 Standard Shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $7.95 for orders up to $150.

  • ORDERS $150+ FREE Standard Shipping Australia wide for orders $150+.

  • Standard shipping is provided by Australia Post. It does not include Express, Registered or International Shipping.
  • A postage discount is automatically applied during checkout for orders shipping to addresses outside of Australia. International shipping prices vary depending on destination and total order weight. They are calculated in the checkout after address details are entered.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Customers outside of Australia are subject to and liable for the tax laws of their countries of residence. Our prices do not include customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees. We can not be held responsible for any additional charges that may be imposed, nor can we accept a return of an order, or issue a refund in these cases. Please be aware of any extra duties, etc. that may apply to you prior to placing your order.
  • International shipping is provided by Australia Post and includes tracking. International shipping prices vary depending on destination and total order weight. An automatic discount is applied to the Australia Post Standard international shipping rates during checkout, after postal address is entered.

SHIPPING METHOD AND TIMES

  • All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

  • Orders are posted from Western Australia.

  • We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days of being placed. Order delays can happen during sale periods due to high order volumes, and do happen during pre-sale periods for new books. During these times, we work as hard as possible to process orders promptly. For pre-sale periods, please refer to the product pages and follow our social media channels for shipping updates.

  • Shipping times vary based on delivery location and the time of the year. Please note that once your order is with Australia Post, delivery times are entirely dependent on their network.

  • Tracking details will be emailed to you when we process your order. These details can be used to track your parcel on the Australia Post website.

  • During pre-sale times, we process very large volumes of orders and you may receive your tracking details several days before your order begins its journey. We thank you for your patience during these busy periods.
