Love this book! I especially love that it has clever variations for so many different dietary requirements so no one has to miss out. True to its name, the book contains salad recipes for all seasons, from light, flavourful salads and breads to accompany summer BBQs, to warm and hearty recipes perfect for cold nights. Highly recommended!
