Love this new cookbook with lots of delicious soup recipes which is great for those winter/cooler months :) lots of different options and you can also make it meaty etc! So great to have more vegetarian meals in our diet too.
I have the complete collection of Thermobexta cookbooks and the soup edition is probably my least favourite, mainly due to the ingredients which for some are not the easiest to find. The soups and accompaniments that I have tried have all been delicious but there are several soups that I am reluctant to try due to an outlay of buying the expensive ingredients and then perhaps finding the flavours are not to our liking, which will result in having a jar of something which I will never use again. I do not believe the recipes in this book are as family friendly as in previous books and the ingredient list can stretch the budget.
So far everything tastes great!!
